Here at Tumbledie, we make games to spark the imagination. The amazing thing about games is that there are so many ways to play! Collectively, we have almost a century's worth of experience with board games, RPGs and video games, and each of us both brings something different to our games, and gets something different FROM those games! 

We believe there's no one RIGHT way to play, but one of our favorites is the cooperative storytelling experience that we have long gotten from gathering around dusty tables with huge tomes and bags of dice, ready to adventure in strange and magical lands. In truth, we love that experience so much that each of us has previously tried to create a NEW game--one that would address some of the shortfalls of other games available on the market, and would help our own imaginations shine even brighter.  

Turns out, that's actually really hard to do. 

So, now we have put our minds together to create TROVE, a new hybrid storytelling RPG that tries to take the focus away from mountains of rules and oceans of tables, and puts the power of the shared creative experience squarely in the center of attention, while not sacrificing the thrill of weighted randomness in the throw of the dice.  

We believe that great stories start with a tiny spark, and grow into something amazing through the power of characters.  

We believe that there is immense power in cooperation and "buy-in", making sure everyone at the table is on the same page all the time.  

We believe that there is genius hidden in handing the reins of narration to players whenever possible; letting them write and live their own glorious tale, while participating within the limits of the story that everyone has agreed to tell.  

We believe that everyone has a story to tell.  

And that's not all! We also love intense gameplay mechanics and friendly competition! TROVE is our focus at the moment, but we've got ideas for years to come.
